Our wildflower honey is produced from a small apiary right here at Three Son Acres. Each season, the bees forage on the local wildflowers that grow across our native pasture and woodlands, giving our honey its rich, floral flavour. Every jar is harvested and bottled by hand in small batches, and availability varies depending on the year.

Beekeeping Practices
The apiary at Three Son Acres remains intentionally small. Tannis uses traditional beekeeping methods, inspecting each hive by hand and managing every step of the harvest herself. The bees forage on the wildflowers growing across the pasture and woodlands, giving the honey its distinct character.

The apiary is registered with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, and great care is taken to support strong colonies and healthy overwintering. Every batch is small. Every jar is unique. And every season brings its own flavour and story.
